The C. A. Keating Consulting Team's training seminars serve three purposes and three different types of clients. First, when government departments issue RFP's, they often provide training to potential applicants. Second, potential applicants may wish to receive training beyond what the government departments provided at the RFP applicants' conference. Third, the C. A. Consulting Team provides national and international seminars for school, library, university/college and community-based organization personnel. Our company will:

  1. Provide training seminars tailored for the RFP to which applicants will be responding;
  2. Provide examples of scientific research to support proposal development;
  3. Provide each participant with seminar handouts and all presentation materials;
  4. Offer compelling proposal development tips that will strengthen applicant responses to the pending proposal as well as future proposals;
  5. Prepare proposals in response to a specific grant competition.
The training is based on the National Standards for Professional Development and delivered in a variety of structure – from one-half; one full day; two days; and, five days.
